Papers : of John Moffitt, 1968-1980.

The papers contain manuscripts of The road to now and Flying orange, published copies of religious poetry and articles, some letters to Moffitt, 1975-1979, a sporadic journal kept by him, 1975-1979, miscellaneous notes and reflections, a transcript of an interview with Moffitt, 1975. This interview was conducted by Ann Tuley for the Religious Education Committee of St. Thomas Hall, Charlottesville, on Christian meditation, harmony between Christianity and Hinduism, and the feminine aspect of God, three tapes of Moffitt reading his poetry, 1973-1975, and a typescript of his lecture On poetry, 1974.
